I know our friends in the Northeast aren’t quite feeling it yet, but Spring has begun. For some maybe only on the calendar at this point, but know that it will come your way, hopefully sooner than later. One of my favorite things about warmer weather is firing up the grill.
We have a gas grill, and there is no reason we can’t use it year round, but it seems to lose it’s fun when you have to shiver in a winter coat and mittens while you flip your steak. We have been getting lots of use out of that grill the last couple of weeks. These Sweet Italian Sausages with Peppers & Onions totally hit the spot!
It’s a quick dinner, too. While the sausages are on the grill you can make the onions and peppers in a skillet, or you could do them on a tray right on your grill. Either way I hope you enjoy them like we do.
They are a favorite of ours during tailgate time, too!
