Creamy Italian Four Bean Pasta Salad - An Affair from the Heart

There are lots of times I need to throw together a quick pasta salad.  Maybe a last minute invite to a barbecue, an impromptu lunch with the girls, or church will call me requesting one for one of the food committees that I am on. I try to always keep things in my pantry that allow me to make a salad like that in a snap.  This is one of those kinds of salads.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Paisley Farm, but the opinions are all my own. Thank you for supporting the companies and products that make An Affair from the Heart possible.

Best part, is it’s so easily adaptable.  Don’t like olives?  Omit them, or try something else.  Artichokes are super good in this one, too!

This time I used a tri-colored rotini noodle.  Love the extra color it adds, and the rotini noodles are great, because they hold on to that dressing and cheese.  The red onion and cucumbers add that crunch, and the bean salad, it just comes perfect to the salad party — right out of the jar!

We eat Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad as a side dish all the time.  It doesn’t get much easier then opening the jar and pouring it into a bowl.  (or right out of the jar when nobody’s looking … don’t judge) .

Paisley Farm Food’s signature All Natural Four Bean Salad is a sweet blend of kidney, garbanzo, green, and wax beans accented with freshly diced onions and red peppers. The convenient straight from the jar goodness makes this one of their most popular items. Colorful and delicious, their Four Bean Salad can be served and enjoyed from gourmet table settings to summer picnics, and everywhere in between.

But as good as it is out of the jar, adding it as a salad topper, or changing the flavors up just a bit with additions of other vegetables and herbs, is always fun, too!
