Love girls night out with my friends. Sharing a good bottle of wine and ordering a great Antipasto plate and some yummy bread.
This Antipasto Pasta Salad has all of the flavors of a great Antipasto plate! It’s a perfect accompaniment to sandwiches, a great picnic salad, but hearty enough to eat all by itself!
I made this particular bowl for a teacher’s luncheon at school last month. I am typically the one who makes desserts for their lunches. It’s gotten to where my kids teachers ask what I made. This particular luncheon had no deserts! (whoa…what?!?)
So, I had to come up with something good!!
I dug out all of my favorites and started dicing!
I tossed it all in a bowl and topped it with my favorite Italian dressing. Big Fred’s Pizza is located in Omaha and has FABULOUS Italian dressing, we can buy it bottled at our grocery.
