Charcuterie is a seriously hip appetizer, served with cocktails before the meal, now you can build a Charcuterie Board Like a Pro, right in your own kitchen.

charcuterie – noun

Begin by placing your meat and cheeses on your board. I had an assortment of mild to hot meats, a couple of salames, a pork roast (that turned out to be the favorite among most) and of course, a Prosciutto.

Peony park Hy-Vee and I like the mixed olives. They make an Okay tray even better.

I love olives anyway I can get them!

I shop at the 50th & Center Hy-Vee. A couple of weeks ago I got some Prosciutto, a cheese the expert suggested (it was wonderful!) and of course, the olives. So good.

How fun that your store has a Charcuterie counter! What great inspiration! And I know just what you mean about “what’s old is new again” – a tiny new twist or a new name, and things that used to be awesome are just as awesome the second (or third!) time around! Hurray for Moscow Mules and Charcuterie Boards! 😀
Michaela Kenkel says
Yes, Hurray! 🙂
