A couple of years ago, my friend Gail texted me and told me she had brought a new dip recipe to one of her teacher’s meetings at school. She said it was awesome and that everyone devoured it, and she knew I had to make it, too! She passed along this creamy dip recipe, and I made it for a family get-together, and she was right – Instant winner!

Ingredients Needed for Chicken In A Biscuit Dip

  • Mayonnaise– I used regular mayonnaise, but any kind will work. 
  • Cream cheese – Full-fat cream cheese will ensure this dip has a rich and creamy flavor, but low-fat will also work. 
  • Chicken meat – I used a water-packed can of white chicken breast, drained. Any kind of chicken meat will work; chicken breast, chicken thighs, miscellaneous chicken pieces, or any leftover chicken you have in the fridge. Just make sure to shred it or place it in the food processor.  
  • Chives –  Dried or freshly chopped chives add great flavor to the dip.
  • Worcestershire Sauce – a savory, tangy, and slightly sweet fermented condiment with a complex, salty, and punchy umami flavor derived from anchovies, vinegar, and tamarind.
  • Chicken in a Biskit Crackers – I love their crunchy texture and real chicken flavor! Grab the family-size box so you have enough of them for dipping!

How to make chicken dip for crackers

This dip recipe comes together quickly and easily!

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth with an electric hand mixer.

Stir in mayo, chives, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Fold in chicken. 

Serve in a shallow serving bowl with Chicken in Biskit crackers.

  • Take the cream cheese out of the fridge before you start to prepare this dip so it comes to room temp. I find it way easier to work with softened cream cheese than cream cheese straight from the fridge. 
  • If you are using fresh chicken, make sure you are only using the meat, not the outside skin.

    5 stars for a yummy dip that takes minutes to make….and who doesn’t love Chicken in a Biskit crackers! 😊
    I used a 10oz can of chicken and added the suggested onion & garlic powders, along with a dash of dried minced onion and Montreal Steak Seasoning.
    I put it in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
    It was so good and was gone in no time! 😊
    The Chicken in a Biskit crackers were so good with this. I will definitely be making this dip again.
