Ingredients in Big Mac Pasta Salad

You will find the complete ingredients and instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.

For the Pasta Salad:

  • Rotini pasta – Holds onto that creamy Big Mac sauce and all of the toppings
  • Lean Ground beef – Cooked and seasoned, this brings that classic burger flavor
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – For that signature cheeseburger taste
  • Dill pickles – Chopped for that tangy crunch Big Macs are known for
  • Shredded lettuce – Adds freshness and texture
  • Fried onions – A little crunch and extra flavor in every bite, or use small diced white onions

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise – Creamy base for the dressing
  • Ketchup – Adds a touch of sweetness
  • Mustard – Brings that classic tang
  • Sweet relish – Key to that “special sauce” flavor
  • White vinegar – Brightens everything up. I love to swap the vinegar for dill pickle juice sometimes
  • Minced onions – Boosts that signature taste
  • Garlic powder & paprika – Adds depth and warmth (omitting this is fine, it will give more of that true Big Mac Sauce flavor without it, but it is a nice touch)
  • Salt & pepper – To bring it all together

Optional fresh toppings: Diced fresh tomato, toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Big Mac Pasta Salad

Once your pasta is made and your ground beef is browned, this pasta salad is ready in no time!
