Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars — Are you like me? Do you love those sweets that are a little on the salty side? Sweet & Salty treats are among my most favorite. Think … what’s your favorite candy bar? Does it have a little of both? The best of both worlds you might say? If it does — we have that in common! Well, today’s latest recipe falls into that category. BUT first I have to tell you a little about what’s in store for you this week!
Today is one of my favorite days of the year, because it is the official start of #Choctoberfest. This is the third annual food blogger celebration of all things chocolate, made possible thanks to our gold sponsor Imperial Sugar and the other sponsors listed below.

One of the BEST things about this recipe? FOUR ingredients, no baking and just plain E A S Y !
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, Melt chocolate and spread into a “rectangle shape.” 2. Press pretzels into the warm chocolate, it’s okay to let them overlap. 3. Pour melted caramels over the top of the pretzels. 4. Drizzle with more melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for caramel and chocolate to set. Cut or break into pieces. Great for snacking, or would make a great gift this Christmas.
No bake treats and bars like these are great at the holidays for a quick and easy hostess gift, or a nice filler on holiday trays among the other goodies!
