I don’t know what it is about bean dip, but I just can’t get enough of it! It’s one of those things that if I have just one chip, I am going to be using my finger to scrape off the edge of that pan a while later. I. Just. Can’t. Stop.
Not too long ago I posted a recipe on How To Make Canned Refried Beans Taste Like the Restaurants.
Using the same recipe you can quickly make this into a great bean dip to enjoy with tortilla chips or Fritos!
Restaurant Style Bean Dip
Using my restaurant bean recipe, quickly make a bean dip to enjoy with tortilla chips or Fritos
Ingredients
- 16 ounce can Refried Beans
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1-3 teaspoons of hot sauce (depending on the heat you want)
- 8 ounce package of Mexican Blend Cheese
Instructions
Combine beans, sour cream and hot sauce, spread into a pie plate or an 8x8 square baking dish. Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and beans are hot. About 6-8 minutes or so. Serve with chips.
I like to double this!
