- Bacon: Cooked and crumbled. You will need a cup or a little more.
- Green onions: Diced. Make sure to have enough for the topping, too.
- Ritz Crackers: Crushed
- Butter: Melted
- Mayonnaise
How to Make The Best Jalapeño Popper Dip
Step 1
Preheat Oven: First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix Ingredients: Next, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the mayo, cheddar cheese, and jalapeño until combined. Fold in the bacon and some of the green onions, then transfer to a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Step 3
Make the Topping: Combine the rest of the green onions, Ritz Crackers, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the dip.
Step 4
Bake: Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. (the same method can be used for your grill – perfect for tailgating!)

Jalapeño Popper Dip

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups jalapeño chopped fine
- 6-8 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled, (a cup or a little more)
- ¼ cup green onion diced + more for topping if desired
- 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed
- ½ stick butter 1/4 cup melted
- ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in mayo, cheddar cheese and jalapeño until combined. Fold in bacon and green onion and spread into a baking dish (see note above)
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
