Pork chops baked with hash browns and French fried onions. Perfect comfort food casserole.
I don’t know why I don’t make more casseroles? When I do, they are always well received by my family. I just don’t think about making them. Recently, I dug out some old church cookbooks. I was flipping through some recipes, and saw this one for pork chops and potatoes. We like BOTH of those things… and honestly, you put French fried onions on about anything and I am hooked.
This one is really easy, and we LOVED it!

I love french fried onions almost as much as I love cheese and casseroles! This is AWESOME!
Guess wondering if it is equally as good with bone-in or boneless chops?
I really don’t think it would make much difference? It would be okay either way! 🙂
What do Aussies use for French fried onions please
I asked a friend that lives in NZ– she said there isn’t anything like that there? If you google French fried onions there are recipes to make them homemade. Another blogger friend of mine said they are amazing!
