- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds hash browns thawed if using frozen
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Sear pork chops in a small amount of oil, in a skillet, over medium-high heat. (sprinkle with seasoning salt)
Whisk together soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper. Fold in hash browns, and spread into the bottom of the pan.
Place seared pork chops on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and French onions, bake another 10 minutes longer.
