I had such a great time working with the fantastic products from SunSweet, that I couldn’t decide what to make, I wanted to use them in EVERYTHING!
I first whipped up some Steel Cut Oats with Plums and Pears, and then I knew I had to try a smoothie!
I know that people use dried fruits in their smoothies all of the time, but I had not yet tried it. It works so well!
I used the Sunsweet® Dried Prunes, frozen blueberries, low fat vanilla Greek yogurt and a cup of the yummy Sunsweet® Light Plum Smart Juice.
What a DELICIOUS and healthy smoothie.
It made two 12 ounce smoothies and each serving was about 172 calories and 4.8 grams of fiber.
