Chocolate Orange Banana Bread – Quick Bread Recipe Instructions
This bread is simple to make. You can use your mixer or just a whisk. You’ll need a large loaf pan and a citrus zester and juicer.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees, prepare large loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl combine sugar, orange zest and oil.
- Mix in eggs and bananas.
- Sift all of the dry ingredients into the bowl. Stir slightly, then add in orange juice. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chips.
- Pour into prepared pan, pan and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Chocolate Orange Banana Bread
Chocolate Orange Banana Bread is the best twist on banana bread there is! Moist banana bread, full of cocoa, semi-sweet and white chocolate chips with a hint of orange that takes it over the top!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- juice and zest of 1 large orange
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup of each white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chips
