A sweet tart martini with a floating Peep chick — perfect for your Easter celebrations!

PEEP Tart Martini

I am one of those people that LOVE Marshmallow Peeps.  I’m particular though … there is a process to eating them.

First off, I typically prefer the bunnies, and secondly,  I only like to eat them when they are stale.

One of my favorite things I have ever done with a Peep was a Peep Centerpiece,  I don’t think I’ll ever have anything as cute on my Easter dinner table!

PEEP Tart Martini

I had a vision of making a cocktail with these puffy little Easter treats.  I thought, what about floating one on a martini?  Marshmallow Peeps are super sweet, so I thought that something tart would be a good direction to go.  “Sweet-Tart” if you will.  I did a little research and found quite a few Sweet-Tart martinis online, but the one from cocktails.lovetoknow.com was the one I tried.  I loved the blue color, too.  Perfect for floating that Peep Chick.  😉

PEEP Tart Martini

I rimmed the glass with lime and rolled in in blue sugar crystals to get that perfect sweet tart taste, right from the start.  These would be so much fun to serve your guests over the holiday.  Perfect for celebrating!
