We tried a sample at a local restaurant last weekend, and bought some the next day!
These are perfect hot weather/summer drinks.
So light and refreshing.
Cucumber Lemonades
8 ounces of lemonade
1 shot of cucumber vodka (or more if you’re feeling crazy!!)
ice
salt – optional
Blend vodka and lemonade with ice in your blender until the ice is crushed.
Pour into a glass with a salted rim, garnish with a cucumber if desired.
I have also just made these “on the rocks” they are just as good and not near the work!! 😉
