My hubby loves when I am “working” right before lunch, because instead of our normal sandwich or tuna salad on crackers, we get to indulge in a great new recipe! Last week was one of those days!
It went kind of like this —
My Text Message: “Coming home for lunch?”
His Reply: “Yes, on my way now.”
Me: “Good! I have been working and lunch is ready!”
Him: “YES! What do we gt to eat today??”

I made these wraps using the Plant Powered Protein Super Caesar. It was so simple, I tossed the kit together, I used some left over grilled chicken, and fresh bacon bits, wrapped it in a sun dried tomato wrap, and voila! Lunch is served! It made two very generous portions for my husband and I.
- 1 tortilla wrap, I used sun dried tomato
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon real bacon bits
- 2 ounces grilled chicken, cubed
- 2 cups Prepared Eat Smart Plant Powered Protein Super Caesar Salad
Toss everything together, divide between two wraps. Enjoy!
