Sweet Heat Asian Grilled Shrimp -- An Affair from the Heart

Oh my!

Sweet Heat Asian Grilled Shrimp

A shrimp marinade of orange juice, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce and Sriracha make these shrimp so very tasty! They are the perfect accompaniment to the Eat Smart Asian Sesame Vegetable Salad Kit. Keeping with the quick and easy theme, I used cooked shrimp.  If you want to go to the effort of peeling and de-veining them, that would work, too. I even took the tails off, so we could just simply pop them in our hungry mouths! They only marinade for about 10 minutes then off to the grill they go.  You could also prepare these quickly in a skillet.
