I was in the mood for a blended drink this morning. This frozen Strawberry Lemonade did splendidly!
I know…. It’s supposed to be fall, right? I mean everywhere I look there is pumpkin and apple stuff, and I am over here sharing frozen strawberry lemonades with you!
Picture my kitchen , it’s going to be 90 degrees today and like 200% humidity, but I have this awesome soup recipe that I have been wanting to share with you all, and the last time I made it the pictures didn’t do it justice. I decided to wait until fall to give it a try again. Well, here I am shredding and chopping away with my soup kettle on the stove, and I am thinking I must be nuts, right? I am melting in my own kitchen! I told myself I needed something to cool me down. I looked in my fridge and threw some stuff together in our blender, and I LOVED what I got!
This was SO EASY and very good. Surprisingly it was filling, too. Which is good that 85 calories can be filling, because I have a soup for dinner made with heavy cream and a grilled cheese that’s going to blow your mind.
(stay tuned)
I used Minute Made 15 calorie lemonade. We have been purchasing it all summer to make our Bourbon Lemonades, so I always have it on hand. Another thing I always keep on hand are frozen mixed berries from Costco. We throw them in smoothies or malts all of the time! Berries are low in calories and high in fiber. #winwin
So once I blended them together I had an 85 calorie frozen drink that cooled me down and filled me up, just because it’s supposedly fall, don’t let those last tastes of summer escape too fast.
You could really make this with any frozen fruit of your choosing, if you aren’t a fan of the triple berry blend.

You just can’t beat a delicious 2 ingredient recipe like this! So wonderful!
My daughter and I love lemonade year round. It’s our “go-to” beverage. I’ve never thought of making a frozen lemonade even though it’s one of my daughter’s favorite snacks (the frozen Italian Lemon Ice). I know we’ll love this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
