STEP ONE 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Set aside. In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.

Using two knives or a pastry blender, cut the butter into the flour mixture until coarse crumbs form.
