STEP ONE 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add in sour cream, powdered sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice and mix with a spoon.

Spread into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
