SAUSAGE AND CRESCENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE BAKE

This is the best breakfast casserole I have ever made or eaten, and so easy to prepare and ready in 40 minutes, no overnight required. I have finally found the best breakfast casserole!

Buttery crescent roll crust topped with soft and fluffy eggs coupled with savory sausage all smothered with melted cheese is the perfect combination of flavors and textures.

STEP ONE 

Brown the sausage with the onions in a large skillet.

Lined Circle

Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the crescent roll dough out in the bottom of the pan and seal the edges to make 1 large sheet.

STEP TWO 

STEP THREE

Beat eggs with salt and pepper and then pour the egg mixture over the top of the meat and veggies.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake the sausage breakfast casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
