DOROTHY’S CHEESY VEGETABLE RICE BAKE

This Cheesy Vegetable Rice combines long grain rice, and mixed vegetables baked to perfection with cheddar and parmesan cheeses for a delicious side dish.

- White Rice - Water - Butter  - Onion  - Garlic

STEP ONE 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 11×7 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water, and butter to a boil, add the rice and cook according to the package instructions. 

STEP TWO

In another pan, melt butter. Then, add garlic, onion, and basil, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add in the frozen vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
