COCONUT MACAROON BLONDIES

Soft, chewy coconut flakes baked up with white chocolate and then drizzled with bittersweet chocolate for a heavenly dessert guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.

STEP ONE 

Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8” square pan with foil, or parchment paper, extending the foil over the edges. Spray with cooking spray.

Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

On low speed with a mixer, beat the whole egg with ¾ cup of the sugar and the coconut extract until blended. Add in melted white chocolate and oil and mix well.

Gradually add in the dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
