ICE CREAM CAKE ROLL

Grease the parchment paper before lining the jelly roll pan. I like to use a paper towel.

Using an electric mixer, beat eggs for 5 minutes until they are thick and lemon-colored. Then, turn the mixer to low and beat in sugar, water, and vanilla.
