GARLIC ROSEMARY FOCACCIA BREAD

STEP ONE 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt and yeast. Whisk well.

Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the warm water and 3 tbsp olive oil.

Use your hands or an electric mixer to beat the dough until well combined, 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.

Pour the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil into a 9×13 inch rectangular pan and scoop the batter into the oiled pan. The dough rise will take 1 hour in a warm place.
