- 15 ounces romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes sliced or chopped
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts quartered
- 1/4 - 1/2 Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Pepperoncini peppers
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/2 of a 22 ounce package Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken
- Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing to taste
In a skillet over medium heat cook chicken according to package.
In a large salad bowl place lettuce. Top with tomatoes, artichokes, avocado, peppers and olives.
Place chicken on top, sprinkle with cheese. Add salad dressing and toss to coat.
