2cupsshredded cheddar cheesereserve 1/2 cup for topping
2cupscorn flakescrumbled, or can substitute Ritz crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place thawed hash browns in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1 1/2 cups cheese, onion pepper and parsley. Mix until smooth. Pour over hash browns and stir to combine.
Pour into prepared baking dish, Combine corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup remaining melted butter. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs and remaining cheese over the top of the hash brown mixture.
Bake 50-60 minutes uncovered.
Notes
Can be made ahead. Add the corn flake topping on before baking.
