1 package 12 ounces Gary's QuickSteak Chicken Philly Meat 1 24 ounce package Frozen Egg Noodles 1/4 cup 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup flour 3 cups chicken stock 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1 Tablespoon dried chopped onion 2 cups frozen peas & carrots Salt & Pepper to taste
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, cook noodles according to package instructions.
In a dutch oven, cook Gary’s QuickSteak Chicken over medium high heat. About 5 minutes.
Add butter to pot, melt then sprinkle with flour and stir to coat the chicken.
Add stock, onions, celery seed and veggies, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes and sauce will thicken, stirring occasionally.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Stir in prepared noodles.
Serve hot.
