18 ouncecontainer sliced fresh white mushrooms
110.75 ouncecan Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4cupdry white wine
2/3cupextra sharp white cheddar cheese
1poundspaghetticooked al dente
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish or similar casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large frying pan, cook bacon. When the bacon is done cooking, place it on a paper towel, and set aside. Dint drain the bacon grease.
Salt and pepper your chicken breasts. Place them in the hot skillet in the bacon grease, sear on both sides to a golden brown.
Place the chicken into the prepared baking dish.
Drain the bacon grease but don’t wash your pan. In this pan, sauté your onion for a few minutes, until they become translucent. Add the minced apple, and saute for a couple of minutes more. Add mushrooms, and cook until they are heated through.
Add the wine and cook for a couple of minutes before adding in the cream of mushroom soup, grated cheese and crumbled bacon.
