Coffee & Donuts Ice Cream Cake
Coffee and Donuts - a match made in heaven. This ice cream cake will be your new favorite dessert. Only 2 ingredients!

Ingredients
- 6 Dunkin' Donuts Double Chocolate Donuts cut into thirds horizontally
- 1.5 quarts Coffee Ice Cream softened
Instructions
- Cut each donut, horizontally in three pieces.
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and cover the bottom with donuts, breaking them in pieces to make them cover the bottom.
- Top with a layer of ice cream, then a layer of donuts, then ice cream, donuts then ice cream. You will have three of each layer when you are done.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze at least 24 hours.
- Unwrap, remove from pan, plate and slice. You can serve with whipped cream and chocolate if you want to make it a little fancier presentation, but it's not necessary.
Notes
Store Leftover Ice Cream Cake wrapped in plastic wrap and inside an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
