1(6 ounce) package chicken flavored stuffing mixprepared according to package instructions
1(10.75 ounce)can cream of chicken soup
1TablespoonDijon mustard
5smallboneless skinless chicken breastscooked and cubed
2.5cupshamcooked, chopped
6slicesSwiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk soup and mustard together in a medium sized bowl, stir in the chicken and ham. Pour into the casserole, top with cheese slices.
Spoon prepared stuffing over the top.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

Leftovers: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
Freezing: This casserole freezes well! Assemble the casserole, cover tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
