Prevent your screen from going dark
- 3 cups hashbrowns if using frozen, thaw first
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 cups ham chopped
- 1 cup bacon crumbled
- 4 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 21/2 cups cheese I used colby-jack and gouda shredded
- 2 green onions sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray
Spread hashbrowns on pizza stone. Bake for 20 minutes to brown.
Add toppings of your choice, top with shredded cheese.
Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
