White Chocolate Cream Cheese Fudge

Easy to make creamy white chocolate cream cheese fudge, tinted pink and all decorated for Valentine’s Day. This Fudge is simple to make, requires no candy thermometer, and turns out rich and creamy every time.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces good-quality white chocolate melted according to package instructions
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
  • neon pink food coloring
  • 1/3-1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Begin by lining the bottom and sides of a 9×9″ baking pan with foil, leaving some overhang on the sides. Butter bottom and sides. Set aside. 
  • Next, In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with your mixer until smooth.
  • Melt chocolate according to package instructions, stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  • Fold melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Mix in food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
  • Spread fudge into lined baking pan. Top with sprinkles, gently pressing into the fudge. 
  • Chill for at least an hour before removing from pan and cutting into approximately 1" squares.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Notes

Freezes well.
