Eye Love Chocolate Sugar Cookies

3 ingredient Halloween chocolate sugar cookies - takes about 20 minutes to make two dozen of these soft and chewy chocolate sugar cookies. Add on some candy eyeballs and let the fun begin!

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package Refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 24 chocolate kiss candies
  • Candy Eyeballs - assorted sizes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • With a mixer, combine cocoa powder and sugar cookie dough.
  • Roll dough into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and press a kiss into the centers of the hot cookies. ( I did some point up and some point down, they will give you different looks )
  • Let the chocolate soften.
  • Top with a candy eyeball(s).
  • Cool.
  • Store in an airtight container.
