Ingredients
2– 10 ounce cans Rotel
1/2of a large onionsliced
1cloveminced garlicor 1 teaspoon garlic puree
1whole jalapenosliced
1/4teaspoonsugar
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspooncumin
1/2-3/4cupfresh cilantropacked into measuring cup, no need to chop
juice of 1 small lime
Instructions
Simply dump everything into your blender.
Don’t blend it though, use the pulse setting and whir it a few times until bigger ingredients are incorporated.
