110 ounce container frozen strawberries, thawed and drained About 1/2 cup
For the Chocolate Ganache:
112 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2cupheavy cream
1Tablespoonrum or strong coffee
Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray donut baking pans with non-stick cooking spray.
In your mixer combine all of the donut ingredients, except the strawberries, for 2 minutes.
Mix in strawberries. Fill donut pans just below the edge.
Bake for 13 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate chip and cream for your ganache. When it's melty and smooth, remove from heat and whisk in rum or coffee until it's shiny.
Dunk donuts into ganache, and dust with sprinkles. Let the chocolate set in a cool place.
