Ingredients
124 ounce jar of Paisley Farm Hot Brussels Sprouts, drained and quartered
1TablespoonButter
2Tablespoonsflour
3/4cupmilk
1/2cupsharp white cheddarOr substitute Gruyere cheese, shredded
1/8cupbread crumbs
paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a small baking dish with non-stick olive oil cooking spray.
Place quartered Brussels sprouts in the dish.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in milk until there are no lumps. Melt in cheese.
Pour over Brussels sprouts and spread over the top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dust with paprika.
Give a light spray of olive oil to the the top.
Bake until hot and bubbly and crumbs are golden brown. About 10-15 minutes.
