Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 ounces Gary's QuickSteak Chicken Philly Meat
  • 1 24 ounce package Frozen Egg Noodles
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 Tablespoon dried chopped onion
  • 2 cups frozen peas & carrots
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, cook noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a dutch oven, cook Gary’s QuickSteak Chicken over medium high heat. About 5 minutes.
  • Add butter to pot, melt then sprinkle with flour and stir to coat the chicken.
  • Add stock, onions, celery seed and veggies, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes and sauce will thicken, stirring occasionally.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Stir in prepared noodles.
  • Serve hot.
