Ingredients
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1cupmayonnaise
1cupshredded Parmesan cheese
1cupdiced sweet Vidalia onions
14.5 ounce can green chilies
2teaspoonsfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan,and black pepper. with an emulsion blender. Blend well.
Stir in diced onion. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish. (I used a deep dish pie plate) Bake for 50-60 minutes or until dip is golden brown and crusty on top.
