Ingredients

  • 15 ounces romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts quartered
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 of a 22 ounce package Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken
  • Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat cook chicken according to package.
  • In a large salad bowl place lettuce. Top with tomatoes, artichokes, avocado, peppers and olives.
  • Place chicken on top, sprinkle with cheese. Add salad dressing and toss to coat.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
