Ingredients
2eggs
1/2cupSilk Light Vanilla Soy Milk
28 ounce containers Noosa Blueberry Yoghurt
1loaf Simple Truth Country Italian Style Bread
1pintfresh blueberries
Instructions
Prepare bread in oven according to package instructions. Cut into 1" slices.
Whisk eggs together. Add one container of Noosa yoghurt and Silk soy milk, whisk to combine.
Heat griddle or skillet to medium high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray, dip bread in milk mixture, coating both sides. Place on griddle and cook for about 2 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
Serve with additional Noosa Yoghurt and fresh blueberries.
