Pork Chop & Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds hash browns thawed if using frozen
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Sear pork chops in a small amount of oil, in a skillet, over medium-high heat. (sprinkle with seasoning salt)
  • Whisk together soup, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper. Fold in hash browns, and spread into the bottom of the pan.
  • Place seared pork chops on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and French onions, bake another 10 minutes longer.
