Ingredients

  • 3 cups hashbrowns if using frozen, thaw first
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 cups ham chopped
  • 1 cup bacon crumbled
  • 4 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 21/2 cups cheese I used colby-jack and gouda shredded
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray
  • Spread hashbrowns on pizza stone. Bake for 20 minutes to brown.
  • Add toppings of your choice, top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
