Ingredients
For the Sauce:
1/2cuplow sodium soy sauce
5heaping Tablespoons of brown sugar
4clovesof garlicminced
1teaspoonfresh ginger
2teaspoonsrice vinegar

12ouncesof snow peas
6TablespoonsSesame oildivided
16ouncesof sliced mushroomsI used baby bella, white works , too!
1.25poundsof thinly sliced beef(I actually found steak pre-sliced for sandwiches) use strip steak, flank steak, any will do.

Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients with a whisk and set aside.
Add snow peas to a microwaveable bowl with a little bit of water and microwave for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 4 Tablespoons oil until hot, add mushrooms and cook them until they are browned slightly. Sprinkle them with salt and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and cook your meat, in a thin layer to be sure to get it cooked on every side.
Add the peas and mushrooms back in and pour in the sauce. Cook until heated through.
