Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower seasoned with garlic, red pepper and thyme, roasted in the oven makes a great sidedish! Oven roasted cauliflower packs tons of flavor and is very full of fiber and b vitamins too.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of cauliflower cleaned and flowerettes cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2-3 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil.
  • Place cauliflower on cookie sheet lined with non-stick foil.
  • Toss cauliflower with oil and garlic.
  • Dust with red pepper flakes, thyme and salt, toss.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes.
