IRISH CREAM CHEESECAKE

Irish Cream Cheesecake is a decadent dessert combining a chocolatey graham cracker crust with a rich Bailey’s Irish cream-flavored filling that’s studded with chocolate chips.

STEP ONE 

Preheat the oven to 375 and grease or spray a 9″ spring form pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix the contents of the chocolate graham cracker crust together with a fork.

Press tightly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar using a hand mixer or food processor until creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add eggs, one at a time, beating into the mixture until combined.
