Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 16 ounces of angel hair pasta cooked al dente

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in dry salad dressing mix, mushroom soup, white wine, cream cheese, and chives until combined.
  • Pour over the top of the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  • Serve over pasta garnished with more chives.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat gently in a saucepan or microwave with a splash of chicken broth to loosen the sauce if needed.
