Ingredients

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread buttered and toasted until golden brown
  • 1 cup roughly chopped Paisley Farm Marinated Mushrooms
  • 4 Tablespoons goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts toasted
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, and roughly chop them.
  • Butter both sides of 4 pieces of sourdough bread and toast either in a skillet or in the oven. Set aside.
  • Spread about 1 Tablespoon of goat cheese on each slice of warm, toasted bread.
  • Sprinkle toasted walnuts and fresh parsley over the top.
  • Serve immediately.
