Ingredients

  • 2 cups BBQ pulled pork
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 16 slices smoked gouda cheese
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Warm BBQ pulled pork.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice in the skillet, buttered side down. Layer on 1-2 slices of cheese, about ½ cup of BBQ pork, and then more cheese. Top with the remaining piece of bread, buttered side up, to complete the sandwich.
  • Grill for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  • Cut in half and serve immediatley.
