2 kiwifruit 1 lime 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar 4 ounces white Rum Handful of fresh mint leaves Soda water Ice
Peel the kiwifruit and chop it into small chunks, divide the pieces between two glasses.
Add the juice of half a lime to each glass along with 10-12 fresh mint leaves and honey.
Use the back of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler to muddle the mixture.
Fill each glass with ice then add the rum and top off with soda water.
Garnish with slices of kiwifruit, limes, and fresh mint.
